‘Vinarpoha’…a place of gathering, is a stunning setting with a high timber-vaulted ceiling and featured carvings, highlighting the beauty of our many natural resources on Kolombangara Island.

'A Very Unique Experience!”
We stayed 5 nights with Lily at Leleana Resort. Lily not only cooked for us, but she also suggested outings each day, and where possible, she'd join us or encourage us to tag along with her as she went about her errands.
This experience was a little like staying with family and by the end of our five days, we felt like we were part of Lily's family. A huge highlight was being able to snorkel and free dive off a nearby island as well as snorkel outside the Leleana bungalows. The water is about 30 degrees and just the most stunning shade of blue that I've ever seen!

Wouldn’t have missed this resort. Magical place, perfect host, organic and fresh food. Clean and clean water.

After visiting family in Honiara, we were up to experiencing an authentic pacific island feeling.
We chose Leleana Resort at the island of Kolombangara. What a beautiful place it was.
Sleeping in a house on stilts on the beach, on one side with the sound of the surf coming from the ocean
and on the other side the sounds of birds. The location is magical.
The host Lily is doing everything to make yourself feel at home and organises real fun trips.
The food she is serving is coming right out of her organic garden and fresh from the sea.
We will be definitely coming back one day.
The effort of the 25-hour flight from Amsterdam was certainly worth it.
