A memorable and authentic experience of Solomon Island culture.
Lily is the most amazing host and is willing to share so much knowledge about the local area and people, and Lily cooks amazing meals every day.
There are lots of different activities you have access to from hiking to snorkeling, to village visits. We were lucky enough to experience the local church and get a glimpse into village life. Everything was fantastic.
If you are a strong walker, you will enjoy the hike with rugged terrain.
(Don't forget proper hiking shoes, long pants as you are walking through thick bushland.)

Our stay at Leleana Resort was nothing short of magical!
The snorkeling was not just amazing — it was the best of our entire trip.
Truly world-class. The reefs were bursting with life, crystal-clear water.
Such vibrant coral and an unbelievable diversity of marine species.
From our bungalow veranda, we watched breathtaking sunsets paint the sky in gold and pink, while reef sharks cruised by, dolphins played in the distance, and even octopus made appearances.
The bird watching was fantastic as well, with incredible species calling the island home. Everywhere we turned, there was something beautiful to see.
But what truly elevated our stay were the people. The staff were some of the warmest, kindest, and most genuinely helpful people we’ve ever met.

Truly an unforgettable experience that we will hold close to our hearts forever.
It was extremely relaxing, beautiful, and everyone here was super friendly.
Situated in between a calm and peaceful saltwater lake and a pristine coral reef, it feels like a dream waking up each day.
We had such a fulfilling stay and will be thinking about this holiday for a very long time!

Snorkeling right in front of your Bungalow.
Mande Magota Is. and Double Is. are just minutes away by boat.
Snorkel or dive the sunken American warplane, the 'Hellcat', find a fascinating stingray amongst the myriads of fish varieties.
Then hike the 'virgin forest' behind the lakes on Mt. Heribangara, right behind the Resort, with our own ’birdwatching’ treks.
For those who appreciate war relics, there are several in the area including a hidden American tank!
Stay at Leleana, and you can be taken to these sites, including a Japanese underground hospital - not for those who may be claustrophobic.
